Fossil Hunt is an engaging Augmented Reality (AR) application that brings dinosaurs to life in your immediate surroundings. Users can enjoy this immersive experience both at home and at select museums, where additional dinosaur characters are available for discovery.

The app allows users to print special markers that can be placed throughout their living space. By aiming their devices at these markers, users can reveal a dig site where they can dig for virtual dinosaur fossils. The interactive process involves excavating the site and brushing off fossils to unveil interesting facts about each dinosaur encountered.

At home, players can interact with various dinosaur species such as the Baby Triceratops, Kentrosaurus, and Psittacosaurus. A trip to a participating museum further enhances the experience, granting access to notable dinosaurs including Tyrannosaurus rex, Triceratops, Spinosaurus, Stygimoloch, Futalognkosaurus, and Quetzalcoatlus.
